Traditional chiropractic focuses on the correction of blockages within the nervous system, called subluxations (which most commonly occur in the back and neck), that can create pain and dysfunction within the body. Wellness chiropractors not only do a great job of helping you get over aches and pains, but we go the extra step and look to improve your lifestyle, so we can reduce the stress that caused the blockages within your nervous system. If we can help you better manage your stresses, blockages/subluxations won’t be formed, and you body will need less adjustments and visits.

If we can help you improve your lifestyle, we can help you better manage the stresses within the 3 dimensions of your health – physical, bio-chemical (nutritional), and emotional. If your system is managing the stress, you won’t create blockages within your nervous system, and your body will be able to heal itself. You won’t create blockages within your nervous system, and your body will do what it was designed to do; self heal and self regulate - without the use of unnecessary medications and surgery. All doctors visits (including those in our office!) will reduce as you balance the three dimensions in your life and grow to fully express your potential.
