Simply put, the Kozy Cactus is redefining dining in the Paradise Valley area. We start with fresh organic food from local farmers like Love Grows Farm, Greer Farms, Sunizona Farms and Yuma based farms. We receive naturally aged, hand selected certified angus beef products from the Stockyard in Arizona and proudly serves cage free and free range chicken. We purchase organic all natural bread products from Breadsmith of Arizona. What this means to the customer is that we are serving you the freshest most nutritious food possible. The Kozy Cactus proudly serves "Renewed American" food. "Renewed" refers to the use of local fresh food and that we do not purchase any par-cooked frozen food items. At the Kozy Cactus we prepare and cook the food to enhance its natural flavors much like the way you might do at home. "American" refers to the style of food being served. We focus on American food classics like crab cakes, slow braised pork, free range chicken, fresh Atlantic salmon, butternut squash gratin, BLT's, pulled pork sandwiches, fresh soups and salads, bread pudding and sundaes. We believe that by focusing on one area of food style we can ensure that the best most authentic ingredients will be used in preparing your dishes. The Kozy Cactus offers an environment which is just that, kozy. The use of soft lights and warm colors makes you feel at home from any seat in the restaurant. We offer a full bar and happy hour is all day with everyday $2 bottles of Corona and Corona Light and $2 pints of Coors Light. The Kozy Cactus also serves a house made Cactus Punch for $3.75 and Prickle Pear martinis for $5.25. Couple this with the live acoustic acts such as Pheed, Melanie and Van, Eric Turner and David Brian Cook and you have a location where you will want to hang out for a couple of hours.
