Methode Bistro

Located in Lincoln Village Shops on Lincoln Drive and Scottsdale Rd., Chef / Proprietor Matthew McLinn, Owner Dave Berntzen and Owner Dave Hershey launched Methode Bistro and put "New Life" in this ritzy strip mall nook, which used to be the home to the exquisite Restaurant Hapa.
Mthode Bistro has a casual, rustic European atmosphere with warm harvest colors, touches of art nouveau on the walls, and a family-size wooden table in the middle of the dining room. You have to soak in the vibe, admire the decor, and start things off with a nice bottle of wine. As for the menu, you'll find yourself enthusiastically reciting and trying all of McLinn's Mediterranean-inspired creations, including Paella, Risotto, Osso Bucco and many other fine creations.
The Wine list is superb and the Happy Hour is a smash hit with wonderful Tapas and specially priced Libations.
